We utilized a great program called Homeward, which allowed us to buy our new home with cash before selling our old one. Although we didn’t use Homeward’s loan option and instead found a local loan expert who offered superior rates, the Homeward program itself was a game-changer. In summary, Audrey is a gentle beast of a realtor—competent, compassionate, and incredibly effective.

This was my first ever attempt at selling a house and much like the buying process I expected way more road blocks than I encountered.
