CHAU PHAN was my agent on the purchase of my first home. Throughout that entire process, which was completely new to me, she was enthusiasm, active, informative and, most importantly, competent. She explained the process in detail and made everything go smoothly. CHAU PHAN’s attention to our needs exceeded our expectations. She offered us comfort and we felt we could trust her to take care of our needs. All I can say is that if I hadn't had CHAU PHAN during the process of buying this home, I wouldn't have been able to get into our new home. I absolutely recommend CHAU PHAN whether you are a first time home buyer or have done it several times over. She is professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and communicates well. You won't be disappointed!

Steve Bing didn’t have an easy job selling my brother’s house. It was owned by a trust controlled by three sisters—-none of us living nearby. (Two out of state) Within DAYS of us getting our brother moved Steve already had an open house. From putting it on the market to closing was only two months. AND we were very happy with the financial results. Steve communicated with me almost daily and ALWAYS lessened the stress. A job well done.
