Sandy Baker is probably the best agent to work with; before working with her, I worked with two different agents that couldn’t get my offer accepted. It was a terrible experience. Sandy was committed and provided me with excellent service. She is detail-oriented, honest, good with people, which is VERY important in this market. She reached out to the seller's agent immediately and locked down my offer. I had a fast and easy closing. There is no way I could have done this without her—five stars for Sandy Baker.
