This will be the 4th transaction that I have worked with Hector. I found a condo I wanted to purchase one evening and contacted Hector the next morning. He took action that morning and by the end of the day, he had a response from the realtor. I gave him my terms and by the end of the week, we were under contract. We closed within 30 days. During the closing period, Hector lined up the inspection, submitted multiple addendum to the contract and negotiated final price after working through the negotiation expectations with me. He provided comps for the area to confirm we were in the correct price range. Hector has all the contacts and companies that he works with to make the transaction seamless. I did a little checking on competitive pricing and his contractors were in line with the industry.
