495 real estate agents in GA, 30041

Gail contacted me and made a case for listing with her and at a much higher price than I was expecting. The house sold immediately and for asking price. I was thrilled with the experience with Gail.

Gail is very up to date regards the real estate market and quickly notified me about any possible home that fit my criteria. We viewed a minimum of 15 homes before I made an offer for the home that I purchased. Her approach to marketing of my home was excellent. I will highly recommend Gail for anyone who needs a Real Estate agent. She understands the process of successfully selling a home and how to work with a client. She always said after viewing a home that the house has to be the right one. She was always very patient and kept searching for “right one” until she found it.

Gail was very professional in negotiations and marketing my home. I got a quick sale, a relatively easy closing and my asking price. What more could you want.
