It was my good fortune to find Tracy as she does more than just put a sign in the yard and disappear. She knows the market. This was an Estate sale, and the house needed a good bit of maintenance. Tracy has a team of tradesmen to get the repairs done and at a good price. I live out of town, and it would have been tough without her. She is easy to work with and is a well-seasoned agent. She handled the whole process very well and with good communications. Even though the market was experiencing a down-turn, she got a sale contract in just a few weeks. Kimolyn is by far the BEST! If I had to describe Kimolyn in two words it would be “Problem Solver” or “Solutions Specialist” !! She goes above and beyond for her clients.
