Christina is easy to work with and thoroughly professional, and her calm demeanor helps with the stresses that everyone experiences selling a house. It's a complicated process that needs a professional, but she helped simplify it for us, giving us tips of what was coming and exactly how to respond. We can recommend Christina without hesitation.

She is terrific. We downsized to a high rise condo and had not closed on a property in 30 years. We requested a viewing and Cynthia made an appointment us within 24 hours. When we arrived, she had met the building manager, had the layout of the building and was in the condo waiting for us. She pointed out areas that needed to be addressed with the seller and spent a lot of time explaining the next steps. We never felt rushed and she was so friendly and professional that we felt totally comfortable with her. We made an offer that was accepted and she held our hands through the whole process. Numerous phone calls, explanations and she walked us through everything, always will to meet to answer questions and reassure us, mostly me. She spent 3 hours at closing because I had made an error but she did not leave until she could personally hand us the keys. We will happily recommend her to anyone needing her assistance…she is friendly, professional, forthright and very knowledgeable. We totally trust her. Jan Benton and Phillip G Benton, MD,JD

Amanda is amazing, She helped my husband and I almost 6 years ago all the way from Minnesota where we were living. Came down for a week looked at over 100 houses. Put in offers, didn't find anything. But a couple of weeks later she found us a nice house in dawsonville GA we moved into that house sight un seen. But she did plenty of video chats going through the house. We lived in that house for 5 years. Then she helped us find our dream house with chickens! Amanda is always there to answer any questions, show any house you are interested in. She knows the market.
