She stayed on top of our paperwork but also ensured anything needed from the Seller's side was also being handled in a timely manner as well so nothing would fall through. Remember how I mentioned it is a Seller's market? So not only are you looking to pay List Price + some, you will need a way to separate yourself from everyone else. And I was so blessed that I had Jenny on my side, not only for the legal part of it but for an intangible: she is extremely trustworthy and realistic and the Seller's Agent sensed that and was willing to not only read my offer but eventually did choose it.
