She got to know my style and sent me pre-listings and went ahead and scheduled them for me so I could be one of the first people looking at the home. She stayed on top of our paperwork but also ensured anything needed from the Seller's side was also being handled in a timely manner as well so nothing would fall through. Remember how I mentioned it is a Seller's market? So not only are you looking to pay List Price + some, you will need a way to separate yourself from everyone else.
