Our experience with Joyce Hay was wonderful from start to finish. She was just what we were looking for, a no nonsense, tell it like it is kind of broker that really looked out for our best interests, and listened to what we really wanted.

We thought we knew what we wanted, but she showed us something even better than we had hoped for. We got an UNREAL deal that we never would have found without Joyce's help. We really appreciated her knowledge of the area, since we are not from GA, and of houses in general. It was great to have her look at a home and tell us honestly that it would be good for us, or that it would end up costing too much to fix up to make it worth it.

We would recommend her every time.

Charlene was wonderful to work with. She helped us understand the market for the property and hung with us through a negotiation on the purchase. She introduced us to people who have helped us with our project since the purchase. Her network is amazing and she really cares about the people she works with.
