After speaking with Bruce about my concerns, needs versus wants and fears as a first time homebuyer, he truly absorbed and seamlessly addressed them with diligence and weekend call-backs. I have had a few rounds with Realtors and had felt a general lack of empathy or professionalism to bring me to make a purchase. Rest assured, when he was there on site writing up the offer to the seller/listing agent all the way to the closing table, I never doubted I was in good hands. God Bless those who are humble and hard working. He will have my future business and will certainly be referring him to those looking for a solid and sharp human being to guide them.

We are so glad that we had Mohammad Junaid as our agent in our first time home buying. He is just so amazing that he pays attention to all the details, and so humble and friendly to talk. He gave us a lot of his time and listened to all our minor requirements and provides suggestions accordingly. He never showed any frustrations or irritations when I asked just too many questions. Due to COVID we also had multiple times working sessions reviewing listings online where he always provided his suggestions based on our viewpoint.
