Suzanne was great to work with. We actually worked with her to sell our old house and buy our new one. She was very attentive and answered all the questions that we could throw at her. We appreciated her professionalism and energy that she put into the process. We felt like she brought knowledge beyond what we could get for ourselves on the internet. She was very patient and took us to see a lot of houses before we settled on a house that we absolutely love. Just as importantly she was able to get our old house sold for asking price in what has become a tougher market. We absolutely would recommend her and use her again.

Kristin helped in both the sale of our home and the buying of our new place. She was on point for the timing and 'how to' appropriatlely stage our home to get top dollar in this market. She went above and beyond to make sure things were taken care of in a timely manner and a lot of times represented us when we were not able to attend certain meetings or timelines. Not every realtor makes you feel like you are their top priority and Kristin did that thru the entire buying and selling process. Being from the GA area, she has a ton of experience and knowledge in the marketplace and gave us honest feedback when appropriate. I would highly recommend Kristin for your real estate needs.
