I cannot begin to explain how great of a realtor Becky is! We are a military family, are currently stationed 12 hours away, and had never purchased a home before. Becky was so patient in explaining the whole process of purchasing a house! Because we were not close, she was our critical eye when viewing houses and would take videos with detailed explanation of everything. She was so very kind and thorough with it all. She made us feel so comfortable and went so far above and beyond! She became like family to us. We found our dream forever home and it would not have been possible without her! I don't normally write reviews, but the level of service and commitment we received from Konnie Yoakum was outstanding. She helped us through the difficult transition of relocating from DC to the Atlanta Metro area. Konnie began working for us before we ever knew we were moving for certain. She continued to stay with us through the 5 months it took us to sell up there, and buy down here. I should also note, Konnie's negotiation skills are 2nd to none. You would be hard pressed to find a better realtor, who can offer the same level of personal service. IF we ever decide to sell our beautiful home, Konnie will be the agent selling it.
