On the buy side, Macy spends the time needed to find the right home for you. Once you find "the one", she does her research to tell you what a fair offer is and how you should approach the negotation process. She lets you know what's going on at every step along the way and when she believes you should stand firm and when and where you should be flexible. She's creative and thinks outside the box when it comes to making offers and what to include and exclude.
