We were selling from out of town and no longer lived in the same city as our property. Spencer was our local contact and made it very convenient to sell from another state. Spencer was up to date on all the aspects of the condo building and was able to share his knowledge with buyers. He helped us make the condo more attractive to buyers and facilitated the installation of new flooring so that we did not have to return to Atlanta. He was very responsive to any questions that we had and he went out of his way to communicate with us so that we were aware of any concerns from any potential buyers. Kyle and his team have done several jobs for us and everything has been perfect. We added hardwoods to our master bedroom and bathroom and retiled the shower. In our kitchen, we had the island repainted, counters replaced, backsplash replaced and a custom cabinet built to complete our ‘am/pm bar’. They also put hardwoods in our powder bath. Our home only had a 2-car garage, so they built us an architecturally correct detached garage to match our modern farmhouse…the garage is amazing. Finally, we had bought a 3-acre lot to build a house but decided to buy our current farmhouse instead. Kyle did a great job and the lot received an offer in 4- weeks after languishing for a year with a different realtor. So glad we got Kyle on the job!
