Working with Michele was wonderful. This was our first time selling a home and we didn’t know much about the process. Michele handled everything and gave us her expert opinions throughout the process. Within 3 days of listing, we had 3 offers over asking on our home and I attribute so much of that to Michele’s hard work making sure our listing and showings were seamless! We highly recommend Sarah whether you’re buying or selling your home! We had excellent experiences with her when we bought our home 3 years ago as well as this summer when we sold our home. She is very responsive, professional,knowledgeable, & has high integrity. When we were buying, she was great at finding & showing us homes around work schedules. When we decided to move out of state, we asked Sarah for advice for getting our home ready to sell. We followed her advice & our home was under contract in less than two weeks. In fact, we had two offers the same day! We love that she participates in the Home for Heroes Program and since my husband is a retired teacher, we benefited from it. Sarah is among the best real estate agents we’ve ever worked with and a fine person as well!
