Buying a house is scary. Randy makes it less so. He is not trying to help you find any house available; he is helping you find your home. Your mileage may vary on your knowledge of the market and home improvement, but Randy has you covered. Touring houses with Randy was a blessing because he is meticulous. He is looking for areas that could be repaired, improved, or that hold value. He is patient and thorough. Because of that, his recommendations and advice were essential. My fiancée and I were first-time home buyers. I cannot express how important it was to have someone with this much experience in the market to be our realtor, but also someone who genuinely cares about his clients. We could not have been happier with the process and ended up with a perfect home because of Randy. We are forever grateful!
