She kept me up to date with emails and messages throughout each and every step. Any questions or concerns she would immediately respond to with advice or information. But, even more than that...my house sell was unique because I was having to sell property that I share with my ex-husband that I have a protective order against. This meant that my privacy had to be maintained between the parties and lawyers had to be involved. It should have been awful...but Stephanie and her team were so professional and caring throughout the process. It meant a lot on a personal level. Selling a home is more than a transaction; especially for me. It was the final step to safety and freedom from a very unpleasant situation. Yes, this is true. Is she knowledgeable of the market and amazingly professional? Yes, this is true too.
