If you need a realtor who knows her stuff inside/ out; frontward/ backwards, is a great communicator and advocate, fun, confident, sweet and all other positive descriptors, then pleeeease look no further!! This is my second time working with Kristina, and I would choose her again and again. I don't plan on selling or buying anymore (lol), but I know if I ever need anything related to real estate, she would be a phone call away. Mike really went to bat for us when selling our house with a tight timeline. After we went under contract on an interesting market time, following his experienced guidance, we walked into a very odd arrangement. When stressed out during the process or whatever questions we had, Mike and his team were able to help us out. We saw it through until the end, and he backed us the whole way.
