This is our third home to purchase, but our first one across states. Phillis was a tremendous help and we could not have made it this far without her. She remained diligent on every task until it was completed. She was very informative about Texas laws and house buying, which was helpful since we were coming from another state. She was always able to explain any questions and she made sure everything was covered to set us up for success, even after the purchase of our house was completed (homestead exemption reminders, etc.).
