Donna has always been open and honest in her thoughts on a property. She isn't afraid to offer her opinion which I appreciated greatly and expected. She isn't a "yes" person just to get the sale and he truly cares about her client(s) and the fact that the property is the right property for her client(s). It is also appreciated that Donna followed up with other buyer/seller agents to make the deal happen or get needed paperwork taken care of.
