I recently placed a house with Donna to sell. It had been a rental property for years and had some pretty severe issues due to deferred maintenance. Donna evaluated the property, identified the issues that I needed to address, secured the quotes, and scheduled the repairs. She had the repairs done and the house listed in just a few weeks.
