Michelle really came through in every single way possible. She was helpful from the beginning of the process to the closing date. Always available to answer any questions I have and provided explanations to anything I didn’t understand. I will always recommend her to anyone.

I never had a problem getting in touch with Michelle. She responded quickly to my calls/texts and is very knowledgeable. She and Melissa were very patient and helped me find the perfect home. I would highly recommend Michelle.

Michelle and Melissa were immediately available showing us 8 listings the 1st weekend. Through the next week they identified and showed us 4 more houses. We narrowed our selection to 3 houses which they graciously showed to another family member. Having narrowed our selection to 2 choices and another new listing they didn't hesitate when we asked for a 3rd family member to see those 3 homes. We decided on an old home built in 1939, our 1st choice from the initial showings. Michelle negotiated through the sellers agent with the sellers to have an engineer inspect the structure before we made an offer. She had reliable referrals for our home inspection and we were pleased with the their performance. They identified significant issues with the electrical system, and again her referral for an electrician proved to be spot on. Her experience with offers, negotiations and referrals all contributed to an effortless purchase and settlement. They were very responsive and they understood our unique and urgent situation and worked very hard to help us to meet all of our needs. I highly recommend the experienced team of Michelle and Melissa for your Realtor needs.

I enjoy working with her and I will send anyone I know that wants to buy a house to her!
