Kathryn was incremental in getting my family back home. This was a sight unseen purchase and with Kathryn in my corner I knew I was in good hands. Kathryn handled all aspects of the house hunting process as well as taking care of appointments after closing on my behalf. She was extremely patient and willing to go above and beyond to ensure that the process went smoothly. I would have NEVER been able to do this being out of state without her!

Having found what we considered to be our perfect home, Kathryn was presented with the challenge of duplicating her efforts when we needed to relocate for work. She knew our tastes to a "T" and found our ideal home - which sold before we could make an offer! - and did it again - same problem! - and without a trace of discouragement did it once more with thoroughly professional measures that quickly gained us our new home. Kathryn answered all of our questions, sometimes more than once a day, and made us feel secure in the process of buying our new home. She has now performed this service for the second time, and we are even happier than we were the first time around, if that's possible. A thorough professional and trusted friend!
