Steve made sure to clarify when things that were happening were normal and not so normal. He helped us through the process with a friendly patient guiding hand without rushing out pushing. And when we say things we would need to fix after purchase, he has suggestions and knowledge that he felt shared, far and above what he was hired to do for us. In short, from the first call, all the way past move in, Steve was responsive through every bump, question, and hang up. He made a very frustrating time, easy and calm.

Peter was a professional from the start. He came prepared to our first interview, he knew the area and the market, and was able to sell my house in less than the average time on the market. I really appreciated his communication- he kept me up to date every time there was a showing and worked with me to make a schedule to check in while I was on a cruise. I did not have to do much of anything on my side except sign the papers. Peter's services were totally worth it and I would recommond him to anyone!
