I have to say that this is the worst closing that I have ever had, but Jeff had nothing to do with it. The buyer didn't follow any instructions and Jeff made sure and kept me informed every day of what was happening. He was on top of every single detail snd thanks to him the buyer finally did what they were supposed to do and I can't thank him enough. If you have property that needs to be sold or purchased, I would definitely recommend Jeff. I was a paralegal for almost 40 years so I've worked with realtors for a long time and Jeff by far is the best realtor I have ever worked with! Don't loose out on the opportunity to work with Jeff. I promise you he will not let you down!

I have never in my life, worked with anybody who was so diligent with attention to detail, and it was always scary that he could practically read what I was thinking. He really listens to what you want and really takes the time energy and effort to do that. I was a real estate paralegal for almost 30 years and I've never seen anyone handle a closing as smoothly and efficiently as he did. He really does care and is very kind and the most honest person you ever will meet. I would recommend Jeff to anyone who is looking to buy or sell. He is great!! Our experience with Jeff was wonderful. My wife and I travelled from NC to purchase a condo in the Orlando area for our daughter. We only had a few days to view properties. We had sent Jeff a list of properties we found online and he arranged viewings for us on our first day in town. We quickly realized our list was not very good. On day two, Jeff showed us properties he thought we would like better and he was spot on. We ended up purchasing one in Winter Park. He walked us through the entire process. Since we live 400 miles away, he attended the inspection. He recommended insurance companies. He even did a FaceTime call with us for the final walk through of the condo before closing.
