I have to say that this is the worst closing that I have ever had, but Jeff had nothing to do with it. The buyer didn't follow any instructions and Jeff made sure and kept me informed every day of what was happening. He was on top of every single detail snd thanks to him the buyer finally did what they were supposed to do and I can't thank him enough. If you have property that needs to be sold or purchased, I would definitely recommend Jeff. I was a paralegal for almost 40 years so I've worked with realtors for a long time and Jeff by far is the best realtor I have ever worked with! Don't loose out on the opportunity to work with Jeff. I have never in my life, worked with anybody who was so diligent with attention to detail, and it was always scary that he could practically read what I was thinking. He really listens to what you want and really takes the time energy and effort to do that. Our experience with Jeff was wonderful. My wife and I travelled from NC to purchase a condo in the Orlando area for our daughter. We only had a few days to view properties. We had sent Jeff a list of properties we found online and he arranged viewings for us on our first day in town. We quickly realized our list was not very good.
