Steve Glose

We started working with Steve around five years ago. He was recommended to us by a friend who raved about him. From the beginning Steve was on top of things. Whenever we came to Orlando he took the time to show us houses. In between our trips down here he continued to stay in contact with us emailing us houses to look at. When we were finally ready to make the move permanently he stepped right up and began taking us around to see houses. And on top of all that Steve answered any questions we had. I would strongly recommend Steve to anyone looking to purchase a home.

Strong communication, including explaining every step and detail with patience and kindness, as often as I had a question, which was often. Steve made sure to clarify when things that were happening were normal and not so normal. He helped us through the process with a friendly patient guiding hand without rushing out pushing. And when we say things we would need to fix after purchase, he has suggestions and knowledge that he felt shared, far and above what he was hired to do for us. In short, from the first call, all the way past move in, Steve was responsive through every bump, question, and hang up. He made a very frustrating time, easy and calm.
