She's very knowledgeable and is more than happy to explain the ins and outs of the home-buying process; but - best of all - if she doesn't know something off the top of her head, she'll tell you she doesn't know, then do the research to get you the answer, even for very esoteric questions. Stephanie will not waste your time with nonsense. Once my offer was accepted, the seller threw us a serious curveball that could have destroyed my schedule - Stephanie went to work and called in a personal favor to make sure the time impact was minimal.
