We hired Jacob to sell our house and help us to buy a new home. He listed our home and we received an offer in three days and for top dollar. He discovered a lien on the home we wanted to buy and went to contract on that the selling agent wasn’t even aware of. He dealt with all of the hassles for us and began search for a new home.
