We hired Jacob to sell our house and help us to buy a new home. He listed our home and we received an offer in three days and for top dollar. He discovered a lien on the home we wanted to buy and went to contract on that the selling agent wasn’t even aware of. He dealt with all of the hassles for us and began search for a new home. He found us a dream home and got our first offer accepted by the buyer. I couldn’t be happier with his professionalism throughout the whole process.

I have being working with Lois for the past 20 years. We have done dozen of deals as a buyer and also as a seller. She is very professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I wound't use any one else for my real state needs in Central Florida.
