In a world where true professionalism becomes more and more difficult to find, it was an unexpected pleasure to find an agent like Dave Gaudreau. The house he sold for us was a rental. We did not live in the property and were not in Florida for part of the year which meant the house came with its own set of problems. Dave "went the extra mile" many times and provided the knowledge and expertise so important in bringing about a sale. He made extra trips to the house when we were out of state, pointed us in the direction of local vendors, and provided the advice and insight we needed. He was attentive and patient whenever we had a question or concern. There is no doubt that we would use his services again if the need arose and happily give him an unqualified "thumbs up."
