Mike Mondello has the experience, knowledge, integrity and honesty that I have found to be rare in the real estate business, especially in this area of Florida. He kept me informed of every item, no matter how trivial it may have seemed. He was forthright & a real pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Mike no matter whether you are a novice or have many transactions under your belt. He sold the property by going above & beyond, showing the property & soliciting feedback every time! I couldn't be happier with his intensive work & kind attitude. Thank you, Mike. I would not hesitate to use Mike Mondello again for buying or selling anything in the Central Florida area. He was excellent to work with.

Kristine went out of her way to help us before and after the sale. It felt like a friendship instead of a business transaction but never did the business piece lose it’s importance
