After 6 months and 4 failed contracts, our home was finally sold. Mike worked tirelessly to ensure that this would happen for us. He was always available for questions and had our best interest at heart. 2 hurricanes came through which almost threatened the final contract. Mike went the extra mile to find a contractor to complete the work the buyer wanted done on her timeline and for her budget. He also made sure all the documentation was completed in a timely fashion and made sure we were provided the resources needed to obtain Home Owner’s insurance and to file for Homestead exemption. Mike also helped us find and get into our new home! We highly recommend Mike Hoskinson for your Real Estate needs.

Is not a smooth transaction as it was plan, from the builder to lender it was a very NEW experience from all of us, but Mr Al Alvarez Jr stands out on this issue from ALL the calls, emails and texts we could not ask for more, he got more patience that I am. Me and my wife already gave up on this house, we actually start looking/browsing for house to check out if the deal and closing would not go through…perseverance. We definitely recommend Al for any home search that anybody may have. Cordero Family

Irene aggressively promoted the sale of my house, reaching out to builders who might be interested in buying the house for the lot. She sold the house quickly and the closing went smoothly. She even handled a matter involving property taxes months after the house sold. She was very professional and a pleasure to work with.
