Cheryl has been phenomenal - she was very careful and cautious around the contentious sale of my previous property and used the utmost discretion with the acquisition of my new home. I've been nothing but happy working with Cheryl, as she will move mountains to find the right hope for her clients. The whole process with Cheryl was smooth and seamless, and she really went above and beyond in helping me find properties that fit my very specific needs and desires. She is incredibly patient and I would highly recommend again and again.

Cheryl represented my home through a complicated divorce, with grace and tact, and was VERY communicative and understanding, and was very persuasive with regard to getting repairs done to the property, as well as superb knowledge of trends in a volatile market, and got us a good value on our home. She expertly managed the complex sale and closing of said sale through not one but two major hurricanes, and I would HAPPILY work with her again.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Cheryl to find a new home for me and my kids, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. From the very first time we spoke, Cheryl was attentive, knowledgeable, and dedicated to understanding exactly what I was looking for. She took the time to listen to what I wanted in a home and provided a wide range of options in a quick and efficient manner. Cheryl’s expertise in the Tampa market was evident as she guided me through the entire process, answering my random questions via text or call whenever I needed more info. She went above and beyond to ensure I felt confident in my decisions, which made the process much less stressful than I expected. Her expertise and professionalism was clear in all the interactions she had with me and with others on my behalf. Thanks to Cheryl’s hard work and dedication, we found the perfect place for my family to call home. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and are grateful for her outstanding service.
