Without a doubt, Adil is by far the best Real Estate Professional I have ever worked with in my years of buying and selling homes. Adil is a genuine person who cares only about his clients and what is best for them. He does not put himself first ever. He is honest, he never tried to "sell" to me. On a personal note, he's a great guy who was a pleasure to be around while home shopping. He helped us find our dream home and even after, continued to go above and beyond and help us get our ducks in a row as we were moving from our of state. I consider Adil a friend and cannot say enough about his experience, professionalism, kindness and skill. He was outstanding.

I have looked up buying a home for years before finally going for it myself. I've heard of nightmares and how difficult the process is. And before Renata came along, I almost gave up buying one myself. After working with a few different realtors, I had just about threw my money into stocks to wait another few years. We talked and it went straight to dinner that same week. She wanted to see who she was going to do business with. I felt cared about and respected the entire time about my vision to what I wanted. Before the food even came, I had signed the paperwork to have her as my full time agent. Anything and everything that came up with a MULTITUDE of reading, she would explain it to me as if I were 5 cause I would easily get a headache even trying. She did great letting me know exactly what I was getting into and I never had to second think anything. She was with me every single step of the way. If I needed help with something she was a call away. She fought for me to have the best deal and taught me things I didn't even know about when it came to the back and forth on pricing negotiation. We closed within 30 days and everything felt so easy with her. I was taken care of and I 100% will be going with her again for my next house that I get in the future. Even after the sale I plan to keep her in my life, she is highly knowledgeable and has connections to other people that will help me with future projects I may have for my house. I couldn't recommend her enough, I will be telling everyone about her.

When buying a home you want to feel comfortable and at ease. Any extra stress can be overwhelming. Morgan’s communication and understanding of my VERY specific property needs made all the difference in finding my perfect home. She was able to educate without making me feel inferior which can be tough to do in a profession that most clients are unfamiliar with. 10/10 would recommend!

Mike listed my house at what I thought was an aggressive price but just one day after listing, I had an offer for over the list price. We went under contract and closed in 30 days. Mike always took the time to answer my questions. I would highly recommend him to sell your home.

She is responsive and passionate to listen my expectation as a Seller. She is very helpful and knowledgeable about the marketing strategy to sell houses.
