We worked with Stephanie to find a house in Saint Pete while we were still in Seattle. We visited over spring break in April and Stephanie had a lineup of houses to show us and drove us around for two days. She worked through the ups and downs of putting in multiple offers and helped us navigate permitting, insurance, and legal issues with some of the houses we looked at. After we left spring break empty-handed Stephanie didn’t stop her search. She ended up finding us the perfect house, showing it to us over video, and arranging time for our local family to go visit it.
