The best! Extremely thorough.

Working with Alex was an absolute dream! My husband & I were very apprehensive starting the home buying experience in this market. Alex was there for us with answers to our endless amount of questions as first time buyers. He was patient and very responsive, sometimes getting us viewings within an hour of receiving a text about a property we were interested in! He gave insightful recommendations when looking at properties as he flips houses himself and truly understands homes. When we found out that our mortgage company was possibly overcharging our interest rate, he recommended to go local and we found a great lender in our area that ended up saving us over 1% on our interest rate, adding thousands to our buying power! We found our forever home and just closed last week! 10/10 would work with Alex and his company again! Thank you for helping us find our first home, we will be sure to come back again for the next one!
