Melissa Yardy was an exceptional real estate seller. She took over the sale by making good logical instructions which we followed. Over all on a personal level, Melissa was always on time for appointments and made common sense appropriate ideas about the market. Her presentation was stellar. With 40 some images, She took you from assets in the neighborhood down to the smallest detail in the apartment. With her advice, we found a buyer in one of the worse condo markets ever. We have been working with Crystal since early 2020, initially from out of state and eventually when we permanently moved to the St. Pete area. We initially hired her because she has her CRS (most realtors do not have this license/credential) and it sets anyone who has it apart from the rest. She also grew up in St. Pete and very knowledgeable all of the different neighborhoods (there are many!) We eventually worked with her on 3 separate transactions successfully. Without a doubt, she is exceptional at what she does and always provides excellent service. She is extremely knowledgeable, hardworking, and is your biggest advocate.
