Rodney made our home buying purchase a breeze even with a few obstacles, one being out of state buyers. We were living in Virginia but wanted to purchase a home in Florida. We made frequent trips to FL and Rodney made sure to make time to show us houses each time we came. After the visits we still didn’t find our home, but that didn’t stop Rodney from looking. He went above and beyond by sending us houses and for the ones we wanted to see he would drive through the neighborhoods and send us videos of them and inside the houses. With those videos that he sent, we ended up finding our home! During the purchase process he was still our advocate by telling the builder of any issues we saw and the ones he noticed.
