My husband and I are snowbirds from Michigan. This year we spent January-March in Bradenton. We put in an offer that same day and by Saturday the seller and we had signed a Contract For Sale and Purchase! Christine’s quick action meant we were able to sign the contract before the seller’s scheduled open house on Sunday and avoid the possibility of losing the condo to someone else. Christine set the wheels in motion with a mortgage lender and all of the other agencies necessary to complete the process. We hadn’t bought a house in 40 years and we really needed an experienced realtor to guide us all the way to closing. I can’t say enough good things about Christine. She replied promptly to questions and went all in to get everything done quickly and correctly. On top of that she has a great personality and is fun to work with. If a family member or my best friend needed a realtor I would send them to Christine. That is the highest compliment I can give anyone.
