Matt and Tracy handled so many details for me that went "above and beyond": meeting consignment people at the house for furniture pickup, arranging for the last odds and ends of furniture to be donated and picked up, and making sure the house was ready to turn over to the new owners. This saved me an expensive trip and provided me with peace of mind. Throughout the process I worked mostly with Tracy. She was warm, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. She walked me through each offer efficiently but with attention to detail. It was clear to me that Tracy knew the ropes and I was in good hands.
