Mel Csank is amazing! She took great care to find out what type of home I was interested in and made sure I was aware ASAP when something she thought I might like hit the market. She was extremely responsive and always replied to texts, e-mails or phone calls ASAP and she patiently answered all my “first time home buyer” questions. While out looking at homes, she not only told me all the good things about the houses but pointed out things that I might not have noticed that could potentially be negatives.
