Through texting and many phone conversations, we found the property that worked for me. She always took my calls. Jean scheduled an inspection (I am from out of state), and then some contractors for estimates on repairs (as is terms) and introduced potential insurance carriers. She was very effective in negotiating with the sellers on my behalf. After our offer was accepted (online, secure signing and wire transfer) she arranged the closing locally. Mel Csank is amazing! She took great care to find out what type of home I was interested in and made sure I was aware ASAP when something she thought I might like hit the market. She was extremely responsive and always replied to texts, e-mails or phone calls ASAP and she patiently answered all my “first time home buyer” questions.
