Jean had a timely response to my inquiry on their website. After getting a clear understanding of what I was looking for and location, she started providing a wide range of properties through their program. Through texting and many phone conversations, we found the property that worked for me. She always took my calls. Jean scheduled an inspection (I am from out of state), and then some contractors for estimates on repairs (as is terms) and introduced potential insurance carriers. She was very effective in negotiating with the sellers on my behalf. After our offer was accepted (online, secure signing and wire transfer) she arranged the closing locally.
