Dave & Jean helped us sell our existing home and helped make sure we didn't get taken advantage of by our builder as we negotiated the purchase and customization of a new construction home. It is difficult to describe what this couple did because it was done so easily and promptly. I needed a painter, a floorer, opinions,etc. Text messages were responded to quickly. I am sure they had other clients, but I felt important to them. They just made me feel like I was their number one client, and when we closed, their comment was "Our service doesn't end when you close. If you need anything, we're still here!" In fact, their vacation coincided with mine, so if I needed them, they would be here for me. I don't know how many stars you give but they can have all I have to give.
