We had basically been looking at houses for three months and the realtor we were using prior to Jeanie was getting us into houses to see but would offer no information and when we had questions regarding the houses we were looking at, it just fell on deaf ears and was becoming very frustrating. We decided to "take a break" from our realtor but still had questions. I had put a question out on the internet on Remax and Realtor.com and Jeanie responded. We were not in the market for a realtor but she went above and beyond finding the answers to our questions. When we asked her to show us the first house, she was very pleasant and "real", and offered us more information in one showing than we had received in three months. She was easy to work with regarding our schedules, very knowledgeable, professional, and yet I felt as though we formed a personal relationship in a very short time. We found the most beautiful house and Jeanie took those extra strides to make it a smooth transaction. I would HIGHLY recommend her as your realtor!

I met Roger and his wife years ago and they are just Amazing!!! I have rented, bought a house, sold a house and now buying another house with Roger and also his Wife Tiffany. They never refused my calls or thought any of my questions were stupid 😃 We have searched for a new house and the first thing Roger looks for is if my Baby Grand will fit, if not no deal 🤪 If you want a GREAT REALTOR call Roger he will go over and above and always make sure that you have the best and remember no question is dumb. He’s always there and always answers his phone and makes sure he returns all calls. I could not have asked for better realtor/realtors !! I would give them a 20 plus Thank you so much, Roger and Tiffany for being there for me and making sure that I made the right choice you two are the best!!

Outstanding Real Estate Agent . Linda Dutcher's knowledge of the current Linda is current on all real estate market conditions for either homes or vacant lots. Her customer service and professionalism are outstanding. She communicates frequently, answers all questions and does extensive investigation whether you are the buyer or the seller. Linda is also capable of handling complex real estate transactions including complex HOA situations. She is a pleasure to work with, and I highly recommend Linda Dutcher for all your real estate needs.

Worked with Brook Bobo, Tammie Craft and of course Jayson, an excellent team, everyone extremely easy to work with and a very pleasant experience. The photographer,Jason, did an outstanding job showing the property, the presentation was excellent. I would also like to thank the Charlotte Title Company, especially Taylor Oeinck, for a very professional, smooth closing. I truly don't believe the whole process could have gone any better. I would also like to thank Tammie Craft for her handling of the last minute issues that popped up, she kept everything moving along without a hitch !
