This was our first time buying a home. Lina was very knowledgeable about our area and the market. I really appreciate her tactfulness and patience when explaining to us what we would need to do to get all the things we wanted in a home at a price we could afford. Her honesty was needed since we originally only considered one neighborhood and ignored other areas plus we didn't have a realistic budget for all the items on our "must have" list. We toured a few houses together and found 2 that we couldn't make up our minds on. We didn't want to lose an offer and she advised us which home our offer was more likely to get accepted on.
