Tammy is the best, tenacious, hardworking agent we have ever had and I had many. She works tirelessly and puts everything she has got into finding the very best deals. She was at my house all hours wheeling and dealing. We have bought two homes through her and we have also used her to rent our properties. She got us great deals when we were buying. When she rented a house for us she priced the properties way above the market. I would have rented one of the houses for $2,500 a month, which is what others were renting for in the area-one house was specifically for rent for $2,500 a month 6 houses down on the same street. She decided we could get $2,850. It scared me-I was afraid it would just sit there. Within a month we had a contract for $2,850 and had several backups if needed. I told her if she rented that property for $2,850 that she was the best realtor in town. Well she did it. She knows her stuff. Tammy also knew a slew of experts that worked on properties. It was immensely helpful to me that she knew good honest people to work on our homes. They knew what needed to be done to get our properties ready to get to market quickly. When it came down to saving money when purchasing a house or making the most money when renting or selling your home-she is the one I will always use. I have been tempted to use the realtors that advertise to power wash your house and mulch your yard but I’m so happy I realized that a true professional doesn’t need gimmicks to get business. Tammy doesn’t need anything like that. Her reputation and expertise is why you’d use her. I’d prefer to save thousands when purchasing a home or making thousands while renting or selling my property. What matters to me is the bottom line and I’m many dollars ahead because I chose her to be my realtor. I would recommend her highly and suggest if you’re looking for a tenacious expert who knows this area really well, she’s your girl.
