While travelling to FL on business I had the notion of buying a house and relocating to the area. Mariane met me as scheduled, had 10 listings for me to look at and that met all of my criteria. I made an offer the day of the showing and we got the house for a very fair price. During the extended closing period, I had to sell my last home prior to closing on the new home, Mariane worked closely with myself, the sellers agent and my listing agent for the house I was selling.
