Ann was approachable, helpful, and responsive from our first call. My brother and I sold a condo unit with her representing us. She was quick to take pictures (and good ones at that) for the listing. Throughout, she presented all offers in a timely manner. She assisted with helping us get some old outstanding permits closed. When we needed work done, suggestions, or quotes for several improvements, she helped there too, with connections that were also approachable, helpful, and reasonably priced. She answered all of our questions, addressed or explained any potential concerns, and was very kind and pragmatic throughout, I highly recommend her!
