I had the pleasure of working with Eric as my realtor. What impressed me most was how on top of everything he was. Eric was always a few steps ahead, handling the details behind the scenes and keeping the process moving. He was responsive, no matter the time of day, and always made sure I was informed and comfortable with each step. Eric is very down to earth and really goes above and beyond. He even mowed our grass before we moved in to make sure the house looked amazing when we got there, he also helped us move our things into our new home! Truly top notch guy!

Above and Beyond

Michelle was the best agent you could ask for hands down. I literally would see a listing I would be interested in and she’d immediately make an appointment to go see it whenever I was available (sometimes within an hours notice). The listings were real time, so as soon as the house hit the market we’d usually be either the first or second ones to look at the house. Also, her knowledge on how to submit bids allowed for me to win the bid over others. After winning the bid she was excellent with providing instructions on what was needed next and providing all the necessary paperwork promptly.
