We started out a bit optimistic on listing price perhaps. But despite the sluggish Florida market and a less robust time of year for selling, he had well over a dozen showings the first two weeks. Richard is a very busy man. But he was there for every showing, walking the property and answering questions from both agents and buyers. The best thing was that he ended up selling our property for much higher than we had expected! Our experience could not have been better or gone smoother. We highly recommend Richard and his team to any seller OR buyer. He's a great guy and at the top of his profession!
