I cannot say enough about Hal. He went above and beyond each step of the way. He was very organized and honest. He priced our house exactly where it appraised and had all the facts on everything I needed. He assisted with great ideas on staging our home and was in attendance any time we had someone in the home. (Appraisers, etc.). Hal goes the extra mile and ensures the experience is smooth. We ended up moving out of state before the actual closing and he was still available for the mobile closing process. If I need a realtor again or know someone that needs one, he will be the first person I would call. I would recommend him to anyone that would want an experienced, honest realtor.
